Can I order a piece that is out of stock?
When the product you like is out of stock a CONTACT button will show up. Just fill the form and Chiara Zanetti will get back to you within 48 hours. Out of stock items can take up to 40 days to be shipped…but it will worth the wait!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders made online can be edited or canceled by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our customer service at +1 (718) 522-5575. Please note, an order cannot be canceled once the item has left our warehouse.
Once an order including Out of Stock or customized items is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
What credit card do you accept?
We accept all credit cards.
What to do if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your jewel within the time expected as per the shipping method you selected at checkout, please contact us by email (email@example.com) or by phone (+1 718 522-5575).
Do you ship internationally?
Sure. International shipping costs may vary.

Can I return an Item?
You can only return items you purchased online. Returns are allowed when the product is defective or is not the one you ordered (different product code). Orders can be returned within 7 days from delivery.
How do I return an Item?
Please take pictures of the item you want to return and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your Order Number and the reason of the return. You will be receiving instructions by email within 48 Hours.
Can I return a used item?
If the item you return shows usage we will not issue any refund nor replace the order. The returned item has to be in the same condition it was at the time you received it.
